Sie taucht nach und nach wieder auf unseren Tellern auf, denn erstens ist sie wie Sorghum eine Pflanze, die wenig Wasser f\u00fcr den Anbau ben\u00f6tigt, und zweitens ist sie eine St\u00e4rke, die fast genauso viele Kohlenhydrate wie Reis enth\u00e4lt.  Daher l\u00e4sst es sich leicht als Beilage genie\u00dfen, um Nudeln oder Kartoffeln zu ersetzen, aber auch als s\u00fc\u00dfes Gericht wie z. B.
