Le r\u00e9sultat: un plat complet, r\u00e9confortant et plein de caract\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"853\">Ce chili \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9peautre est une alternative savoureuse au chili classique, id\u00e9ale pour varier du riz tout en conservant une excellente <strong>valeur nutritionnelle<\/strong>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9peautre, profitez d&rsquo;une teneur plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en fibres et un <strong>indice glyc\u00e9mique<\/strong> plus bas, sans compromis sur le go\u00fbt. Facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, il est parfait pour les <strong>repas en famille<\/strong> et encore meilleur r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 les jours suivants.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/dicifood.ch\/produit\/haricots-rouges-300g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">haricots rouges<\/a><\/span><\/strong> secs<\/li>\n<li>500 g de viande hach\u00e9e de b\u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>1 gros oignon<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron rouge<\/li>\n<li>150 g de ma\u00efs doux (\u00e9goutt\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>400 g de tomates concass\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 c.s. de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/li>\n<li>3 dl de vin rouge suisse et 3 dl de bouillon<\/li>\n<li>1 c.c. de cumin moulu, de paprika et 1\/2 de piment<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<li>200 g d\u2019<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/dicifood.ch\/produit\/purepeautre-350g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9peautre<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Faire tremper les haricots rouges secs pendant au minimum 12 heures dans trois fois leur volume d\u2019eau froide.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9goutter et rincer les haricots, puis cuire dans une grande casserole d\u2019eau non sal\u00e9e pendant 60 \u00e0 90 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient parfaitement tendres. \u00c9goutter et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9mincer l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail, puis couper le poivron en petits d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir l\u2019ensemble dans une grande casserole avec de l\u2019huile de colza jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u00e9g\u00e8re coloration.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la viande hach\u00e9e et faire bien saisir.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer le cumin, le paprika fum\u00e9, le piment, le laurier et le poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, bien m\u00e9langer, puis verser les tomates concass\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Mouiller avec 3 dl de vin rouge suisse et 2dl de bouillon de b\u0153uf.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les haricots rouges cuits, l\u2019\u00e9peautre et le ma\u00efs doux.<\/li>\n<li>Saler uniquement \u00e0 ce stade.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mijoter encore 20 \u00e0 30 minutes afin de bien lier les saveurs.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps. Cuire l&rsquo;\u00e9peautre dans un bouillon \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pendant environ 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre l&rsquo;\u00e9peautre au fond de l&rsquo;assiette. Ajouter une louche de chili con carne, puis une cuill\u00e8re de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Astuce:<\/strong> Il \u00eatre possible de se passer du trempage en utilisant un autocuiseur. Pour cela, mettre les haricots rouges secs dans l\u2019autocuiseur avec trois fois leur volume d\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition franche pendant 10 minutes. Fermer l\u2019autocuiseur et cuire sous pression pendant 35 \u00e0 45 minutes. Laisser la pression retomber naturellement.
