En 2010, lorsque Julien Bugnon reprend le domaine familial \u00e0 Cottens (VD), il cherche tout de suite \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des cultures innovantes et sortant quelque peu de l\u2019ordinaire.<\/p>

Vor einigen Jahren beschloss er, Walnuss- und Haselnussb\u00e4ume anzupflanzen. Er war einer der ersten, die diesen Schritt wagten. Heute produziert er unter anderem Popcornmais, Linsen, Chiasamen und 100 % Schweizer Senf.<\/p>

Entrepreneur dans l\u2019\u00e2me, il cherche des moyens de commercialiser ses produits. C\u2019est \u00e0 cette occasion qu\u2019il fit la rencontre de Philippe Michiels, disposant d\u2019une longue exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019industrie agro-alimentaire, et attach\u00e9 comme lui aux produits locaux et de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Es ist also ganz nat\u00fcrlich, dass sie sich zusammengeschlossen haben, um Dicifood zu gr\u00fcnden, dessen Ziel es ist, Qualit\u00e4tsprodukte zu vermarkten, die mit Leidenschaft im Kanton Waadt angebaut werden, aber auch wieder eine starke Verbindung zwischen den Erzeugern, den H\u00e4ndlern und nat\u00fcrlich den Verbrauchern herzustellen.<\/p>

Zu ihnen gesellte sich Anfang 2019 Julien Maendly, der seit langem mit Julien Bugnon befreundet ist und bereits seit Jahren mit ihm an anderen Projekten arbeitet.<\/p>

Maxime Ormond, der seine Lehre als Landwirt bei Julien Bugnon absolviert hat, geh\u00f6rt ebenfalls zu den Produzenten f\u00fcr Dicifood.<\/p>

Depuis 2022, Laetitia Pauchard et Florent Morandi ont rejoint l’\u00e9quipe afin de participer au d\u00e9veloppement de l’entreprise, suivis par Steve Montandon en 2024.<\/p>

Dicifood propose une large gamme de produits savoureux et garantis 100% vaudois, comme des lentilles, du lin, des graines de tournesol ou encore du sorgho.
